As a small business consultant for Apple, he began to understand that it takes both the factual legitamacy and personal relationships tp make things work. Trying to find a balance for building sales while maintaining trust through exceptional service is a commitment made to clients in order to listen to their needs and act in their best interest.

Before starting 3Strand he worked with a diverse set of organizations from around the world including telecom, product, and executive education Projects resulted in the development of new social networks, hand held products, mobile tools, and business services.

Charley has curiosity for continuous challenge and learning. He writes weekly articles for the technology blog sramanamitra.com and has authored case studies for INSEAD Business School about innovation in Silicon Valley.

As a partner of 3Strand he has made a commitment for the business to dedicate 20% of all services to work with non-profits or social enterprise.
